Adult Foster Care Qualifications

Both caregiver and member, must reside in the same household

Membership requires MassHealth Standard coverage. We may accept other insurance plans depending on the provider.

Reimbursed to $1,500 by becoming a caregiver.

A member is any one ages 18 and higher that need assistance due to physical or mental limitations. Within the comfort of private residences, members are supported by qualified caregivers, who may include family members. Our overarching mission is to uphold the seamless integration of members within their communities, fostering an environment conducive to their growth and flourishing.
Eligibility for our services requires qualification for MassHealth, along with a demonstrated need for assistance with at least one of the following Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
Ambulation (walking)
Dressing
Toileting
Eating (cooking)
Bathing
Transferring

Caregivers are reliable and compassionate individuals dedicated to offering care and maintaining a stable home environment for adults with disabilities or chronic illnesses. They can either be a family member or someone seeking to fulfill the personal care needs of our clients.
